Hey guys! Its been a long time since I’ve been on here. I’ve been in San Diego quite a bit recently and so many people were messaging asking about the places I went to and telling me I’m giving them major inspo for their trip to San Diego. So I thought it was the perfect opportunity to come on here and share with you guys a little bit of my trips. I asked on Instagram If I should do a blog post of all the places I went to and a lot of you said yessss, so hereeee it is! :D
There’s honestly so many cute places there…obviously there’s a lot that I haven’t been to but I’m going to list all the cutes-sy places I’ve come across. So if you’re planning a trip to San diego, I’ve got you covered on the brunch/coffee places ;)
Not serving coffee or brunch…just CUTE places ;p
Okay this place…the hype is insane. I tried going here twice and they were completely booked, both times it was around 11am-12pm. They don’t take reservations but if you go early enough you can put your name on the wait list. The third time I went it was on a Monday so the rush wasn’t crazy, only had to wait about 50 minutes. I love the theme of the place and it has such a fun lively vibe. They also do afternoon tea which you pay per person and you get tea along with finger sandwiches and pastries…and the set up is superrrr cute!
Omg this place me and my sister fell in love! The place itself was so cool, loved the vibe and the food was so good. Also, their iced vanilla lattes were so bomb! This place only does brunch on Sundays but they do have a cafe side called Herb & Eatery and they serve brunch everyday. Its more of a casual place for a like quick bite. if you just want coffee, go there but if you’re looking to have brunch definitely go to Herb & Wood.
This hotel is such a vibe! I would recommend staying here if you’re in downtown area. Such cute little nooks everywhere. Their restaurant Luca, which is in the patio area is so freakin’ adorable, I fell in love. If you’re into cutesy places definitely worth going here.
I got the fried chicken sandwich and my sister got the burger. Both of them were so delicious. Their fries were also really yummy, love thin fries . Honestly, craving that sandwich right now just looking at the picture….so good. Overall, cool space and its pretty quite not crowed at all..maybe because its new and not that popular yet. I would totally go here again!
Took a mid-day break here. It’s a fun place to hang out, very lively and had good music. We just wanted something to snack on so got the corn with scallops. It was really good and the drinks were good too. Perfect place to go for a drink and just hang out.
Last but not least, Liberty Public Market! This market is so huge….filled with tons to eateries and shops. Inside the market you’ll find so many different local food stands. There’s also restaurants and bars right outside the market. So many options here, so if you’re in a big group this place is perfect! Me and my sister tried some vitanamese food and mexican. We also had dessert from the market and got coffee from westbean coffee roasters…it was so good. Sorry I don’t really have pictures of our food or of the market :( This is was our first stop when we got to San Diego and we were hungry so we were just trying to find food and eat. So here’s a couple random pictures I snapped walking around.
That is all for my San Diego guide! I pretty much explored the downtown area by Little Italy for most part. There’s so many cute places just within couple blocks that we kept finding ourselves in that area day and night, lol. Hope you all get some inspo for your trip there! If you have questions comment below, I’ll be happy to answer :)
